World is changing at the faster rate. He said the education is not mere producing graduates and skilled labourers to the required market. It is also giving knowledge to the students on facing life. Education institutions should convert student population to human resources. Librarians can contribute by opening the other windows of the world by accessing sources of knowledge to the students.
